CCM therapy is an FDA Breakthrough designated solution that is minimally invasive and gives hope back to these patients.\nThis is not a job, It is a MISSION to help the nearly one million patients (in the United States alone) who are struggling with heart failure and qualify\nfor CCM therapy.\nThe primary responsibility of the Senior Process Development Engineer will be to develop, implement and validate manufacturing processes for electronic implantable medical devices. Will also provide oversight and guidance to technicians and engineers developing manufacturing processes.\nHow You’ll Add Value\nDevelop, implement and validate manufacturing process for implantable electronic medical devices\no Equipment specification, procurement, installation and validation\no Manufacturing fixture/tooling specification, design and procurement\no Manual and semiautomatic assembly\no Laser welding, resistance welding, manual soldering\no Surface treatment, cleaning processes\no Molding\no DOE, range finding\no Cross sections sample analysis\no Process optimization\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D on product requirements\nMaintain strong relationships with consultants and suppliers\nMaintain thorough documentation of engineering activities\nEstablish and adjust work procedures to meet standard policies related to quality.\nImplement processes and workflows that are effective and efficient.\nTrack KPIs for team’s performance\nWhat You’re Bringing with You\nBachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical is preferred.\nAdvanced degree preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in developing manufacturing processes in the medical device industry.\nExperience with implantable pulse generator assembly preferred\nRisk analysis – PFMEA\nFailure analysis\nDesign of experiments\nStrong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other relevant medical device regulations.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nProficient experience at all levels of the medical device product lifecycle.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office\nProficiency with statistical tools, CAD, 3D modeling, Laser/RSW is preferred\n\nOur Commitment to You\nOur hiring process lets you show off the very best version of yourself while learning all about us at the same time.
