The Analyst will provide key qualitative analysis and presentation skills to our current analytics team. The role will work on analyses related to large-scale masterplans in the pre-development phase throughout the Bay Area. The role will need to synthesize, guide and present pro forma and other financial modeling exercises in a fast-paced, client focused environment. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting and presenting market research across multiple submarkets, as well as researching emerging industry trends. Strong experience and/or understanding of real estate deal structuring is a plus.\r\nJob Details DEPT/OFFICE: Development and Construction\r\nDATE: February 2026\r\nMinimum Qualifications We are seeking a Strategy Analyst to join our Development team.
