The role requires close collaboration with clients on a regular basis during the implementation of IMAT and continued interaction with clients as they expand the use of the solution. In addition to proven technical proficiencies, the ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and sound problem-solving abilities.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nCollaborate with the client to develop functional and technical requirements\r\nConfigure workflows and related scripts using NiFi and Python\r\nDesign, build, configure and test ETL solutions that originate from ingesting clinical data sources to data manipulation and translation to transformed data residing in specific reportable IMAT data stores\r\nWriting reusable, testable, and efficient code\r\nImplementation of security and data protection using the IMAT toolset\r\nAttaining a high level of expertise within the IMAT Application suite within a short period of time in order to lead, advise and implement solutions that range from simple to complex\r\nCollaborate with peers, Information Technology and Product Management and Engineering on viable, quality solutions that are in compliance to IMAT and regulatory standards\r\nCommunicate with Developers, Program Management and Customers to clearly articulate progress against test plans\r\nQualifications\r\nSuccessful completion of a University or College education with at least 2 years work experience or 4 – 6 years related work experience\r\nFamiliarity with event-driven programming in Python\r\nUnderstanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture\r\nKnowledge of Apache NiFi is a plus\r\nUnderstanding of accessibility and security compliance\r\nBasic knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments\r\nUnderstanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application\r\nStrong unit test and debugging skills\r\nProficient understanding of code versioning tools\r\nAbility to manage multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously\r\nAbility to quickly grasp new technologies and react in a fast-changing environment\r\nAbility to make timely decisions; Ability to identify alternative solutions/approaches to problems\r\nEffective in mentoring, educating and supporting your peers and customers with your experience\r\nOpen Position\r\nThis client facing position covers the implementation of IMAT's VHR module and related reporting and querying functionality.
