Omakase Server
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Omakase Servers to join our dynamic front-of-house team for the opening of our new concept. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-end tasting menu concept restaurant, a professional environment where attention to detail and hospitality excellence are paramount.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Guest Education: Explaining the unique fish, preparation, and nuances of each course, acting as a guide.
Anticipation: Reading the table to serve dishes with perfect timing, clear plates, and offer drinks at appropriate moments.
Product Knowledge: Understanding ingredient freshness, allergens, and basic sushi/sashimi preparation.
Impeccable Service: Maintaining a refined presence, engaging warmly but not intrusively, and ensuring a smooth flow.
Adaptability: Handling dietary restrictions and preferences

SUSHI & OMAKASE ROOM
Seaspice will debut its intimate Sushi & Omakase Room, a refined, chef-driven Japanese concept offering seasonal omakase experiences, premium ingredients sourced from Japan, elegant minimalist presentation, and its own distinct musical programming. This addition further enhances Seaspice’s position as a leader in waterfront dining and culinary excellence.
