This role will require a government security clearance to be processed, US or Naturalized Citizenship is a requirement for consideration.\n100% Remote (US-based), with a strong preference for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone to align with team hours.\nJob Responsibilities\nArchitect full-stack solutions across font end, database, mobile\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable PHP applications and APIs\nWrite clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following best practices\nCollaborate with Product and Design to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nLead code reviews and help establish engineering standards\nOptimize application performance, security, and scalability\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause resolution\nMentor junior and mid-level developers\nContribute to architecture decisions and long-term technical roadmap\n8+ years of professional experience with PHP development\nStrong experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar)\nSolid understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns\nExperience building and consuming RESTful APIs\nStrong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)\nFamiliarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)\nExperience with version control (Git) and interactive rebase\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical partners\nExperience working with a remote team\nTIAG is an equal opportunity employer and federal contractor or subcontractor.
