These solutions and capabilities include a platform to conduct enterprise search, digital forensics, and data analytics. The Sponsor fuses modern, data-centric tradecraft and capabilities with other components in pursuit of extracting maximum value from existing data.\r\nRequired Skills and Demonstrated Experience\r\nDemonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.\r\nDemonstrated experience working effectively in high-performing, cross-functional teams with multiple concurrent projects.\r\nDemonstrated experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and translate them into technical solutions with minimal oversight.\r\nDemonstrated experience in self-directed work with a strong ownership mentality and commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation.\r\nDemonstrated experience context-switching between projects and systems as priorities demand.\r\nWeb Application Engineering\r\nDemonstrated experience developing modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).\r\nDemonstrated experience with Node.js web frameworks (such as Express, Koa or Hapi) and API development.\r\nDemonstrated experience with HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.\r\nDemonstrated experience with CSS preprocessors (such as Sass).\r\nDemonstrated experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.\r\nDemonstrated experience with a working knowledge of SQL databases including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.\r\nDemonstrated experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL in production environments.\r\nDemonstrated experience with ORMs (such as Prisma, Sequelize, or similar).\r\nDemonstrated experience with containerization technologies (such as Docker or Podman).\r\nDemonstrated experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native development patterns.\r\nDemonstrated experience with and strong understanding of web application security best practices and usability principles.\r\nDemonstrated experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.\r\nDemonstrated experience with strong problem-solving skills including debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex web applications.\r\nHighly Desired Skills and Demonstrated Experience\r\nWeb Application Engineering\r\nDemonstrated experience with ElasticSearch query language.\r\nDemonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform or CloudFormation).\r\nDemonstrated experience with contributions to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, or knowledge bases.\r\nDemonstrated experience with monitoring and observability tools.\r\nDemonstrated experience with geospatial libraries and visualization (leaflet.js).\r\nDemonstrated experience migrating or modernizing legacy applications.\r\nDemonstrated experience with a working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred) and deployment automation.\r\nDemonstrated experience integrating with data lake/lakehouse architectures or data-intensive applications.\r\nDemonstrated experience integrating Sponsor's Enterprise services.\r\nDemonstrated experience with JEE applications and containers.\r\nDemonstrated experience with PKI.\r\nDemonstrated experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.\r\nUS Citizenship\r\nThis position requires US Citizenship.
