Container sampling, recognizing non-conforming material, and processing of material through shredding operations, direct loading into solidification pit, LDI, etc. The WPT I is expected to have a general mechanical understanding of waste processing equipment. Specifically, via forklift, forklift attachments, hose, and valve operation.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nUnderstand basic facility permit requirements and conduct daily activities to support all safety and compliance requirements.\r\nOperate a variety of equipment including but not limited to pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts, and other power tools in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as OSHA requirements.\r\nSafely operate mobile equipment (e.g., yard dog) within the facility boundaries.\r\nAble to off load inbound packages, liquid trucks, and containers.\r\nProcess inbound material using facility and mobile equipment.\r\nWaste stream QA/QC & Lab analysis associated with receiving and shipping waste and material.\r\nComplete and submit all facility associated paperwork (facility receiving, piece count, material verification, manifest review, etc.) associated with regulatory and safety record keeping paperwork.\r\nGeneral cleaning of facility and grounds.\r\nRequirements:\r\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent, preferred\r\nReworld offers GED Worksa fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED.\r\n1+ year of experience\r\nAble to pass respirator fit test\r\nAbility to utilize NetSuite\r\nMust exercise good judgement and problem-solving skills\r\nDemonstrate attention to detail and time management\r\nMust be able to operate cranes, forklifts, hand trucks, and other power tools\r\nMust be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds\r\nKneeling, crawling, stooping, bending, or twisting for extended periods of time\r\nWalking and/or standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nConsistently perform safely in various weather conditions and work environments.\r\nIn addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits.
