Job Title: Project Scheduler – Heavy Civil ProjectsLocation: Tennessee (Looking for individuals based around TN, Atlanta, Charlotte and other surrounding areas)Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of complex heavy civil infrastructure projects.In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining project schedules that drive successful execution across large-scale developments such as airports, roads, dams.You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedules are realistic, aligned with project goals, and responsive to changing conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases of heavy civil projectsWork closely with project teams to establish sequencing, durations, and resource requirementsMonitor progress against baseline schedules and identify variances or delaysPerform critical path analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate risksProduce regular schedule updates, reports, and dashboards for stakeholdersSupport project controls functions, including forecasting and change managementCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholdersEnsure adherence to scheduling standards, processes, and best practicesRequirementsExperience as a Project Scheduler or Planner within heavy civil or infrastructure projectsProficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS ProjectStrong understanding of construction methodologies, phasing, and project lifecyclesAbility to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearlyExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance incentivesComprehensive health and wellbeing packagePension/retirement planGenerous holiday allowanceOpportunities for professional development and career progressionExposure to high-profile infrastructure projectsCollaborative and supportive work environmentHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV or email me at Ruby.Dingle@Daksta.com#Scheduling #Scheduler #ProjectScheduler #P6 #Primavera #Construction #HeavyCivil
