You will be responsible for providing financial stewardship, governance, and oversight for all aspects of the factory's financial performance.\n\nYou will lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring sound decision-making through accurate, fact-based insights. By monitoring budgets, analyzing variances, and forecasting costs associated with factory operations, you will provide visibility into performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.\n\nIn this role, you will support both short-term operational objectives and long-term strategic initiatives, helping drive sustainable business results. You will also ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and legal requirements while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the facility.\n\nJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nThrough their team, identify, drive and deliver cost improvement opportunities, be an active contributor to improvement projects and initiatives, validate, review and track proposed savings.\n\nChallenge assumptions for cost improvements in factory based on internal and external benchmark information on factory performance and costs.\n\nActively drive NCE activities within the factory and ensure activities are in alignment with business OMP ( Operational Master Plan).\n\nManage and interpret factory reporting of actuals and forecasts for the factory and key outside stakeholders; ensure transparency, accuracy and timeliness of this process; follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps, ensuring Nestle financial policies, Accounting Standards and Costing Standards are followed by promoting ownership of data at source.\n\nIdentify and lead strategic financial analysis relating to major or strategic decisions related to the factory to ensure full transparency of costs and non-financial implications.\n\nDrive business planning.\n\nManage the overall factory budget with factory management team as well as being the critical liaison between factory and Head Office in the business planning process.\n\nPerform forecasts, revisions to simulations if needed.\n\nDevelop, control and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests including post CAPEX evaluations.\n\nCoach and develop the factory personnel with focus on finance individuals & team including career and succession planning.\n\nEnsure factory finance personnel are meeting/exceeding performance expectations.\n\nDrive clear understanding of financial key figures, costing and business impact within and outside the factory, including organizing training sessions for non-specialists.\n\nManage routine audit activities within the factory to ensure compliance on critical areas eg) NAS, Costing Standards, statutory accounting/tax, OPEX guideline and appropriately escape business risks.\n\nAs the Champion of compliance & risk management for the site is the key contact for internal and external audits within the factory.\n\nEnsure clear control and visibility of assets and liabilities, including the development, implementation and compliance with internal controls in all areas.\n\nAccountable for Segregation of Duties (SODs) and assessment of compensating control effectiveness. This includes establishing a solid and periodic monitoring of the internal controls effectiveness and appropriately escalating business risks.\n\nEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS\n\n(BA/BS) in Business, Finance or Accounting required.\n\nEXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS\n\nSkilled in managing diverse P&Ls.\n\nDemonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem solving skills.\n\nSuperior execution skills in a changing environment and ability to multi-task.\n\nGood with numbers and data, but critically important to be able to deliver the message to non-finance professionals.\n\nProven ability to not only deliver, but drive excellent work in a team and matrix organization.\n\nProven analytical thinking and seeing the big picture.\n\nProven ability to quickly learn and drive new concepts and processes.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills.\n\nGood knowledge of the business environment/competition/capacity to benchmark.\n\nGood working knowledge of product portfolio and brand profitability.\n\nProven knowledge of financial concepts including cost accounting, activity based costing, cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI, etc.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\n\nMinimum 5 years experience in financial operations, with a solid accounting background.\n\nExperience within a network organization (internal and external providers).\n\nFast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience.\n\nIt is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.\n\nTo our veterans and separated service members, you're at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestlé.
