This pipeline opportunity is intended to identify experienced professionals to lead complex, multi-site support services programs and provide overall accountability for successful contract execution. Selected candidates will be considered for future openings requiring leadership of geographically distributed teams, program performance, staffing, quality, schedule, financial performance, and customer deliverables.\n\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary point of accountability to Government Contracting Officers (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR) for overall program execution.\nLead and coordinate geographically distributed teams and multiple Call Orders to ensure integrated program performance.\nOversee staffing, quality control, schedules, deliverables, and overall contract performance.\nManage program financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility and allocation of program resources.\nExercise appropriate authority to commit resources and resolve program-level issues in support of contract requirements.\nLead Monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs), providing clear reporting on performance, schedule, staffing, risks, financials, and deliverables.\nCollaborate with Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with mission and contractual objectives.\nQualifications:\n\nRequired:\n\nActive TS/SCI clearance\n\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree\n\n10+ years of Intelligence Community support services experience\n\n5+ years of program or project management experience with P&L responsibility\n\nExperience managing multi-site, geographically distributed contracts and teams\n\nDemonstrated experience overseeing staffing, quality, schedules, deliverables, and overall contract performance\n\nStrong leadership, customer engagement, organizational, financial management, and communication skills\n\nDesired:\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent\n\nExperience serving as the primary program interface with Government COs and CORs\n\nExperience managing multiple Call Orders or task orders within a complex contract environment\n\nExperience leading formal Program Management Reviews (PMRs)\n\nSalary Range: USD $175,000.00 - USD $225,000.00 /Yr.\n\nThe Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
