This role partners closely with all marketing functions, as well as cross-functional teams to ensure programs deliver measurable impact and cohesive brand experiences across marketing and event portfolios. This role will manage all activities related to the processing and tracking of all Marketing requests and projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, collaborative, and skilled at managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.\r\nCritical components of this role includes leading the organization's flagship summits and regional event strategies, owning program architecture, customer engagement strategies, operational execution, and reporting on measurable impact towards organizational and departmental objectives.\r\nThis position is based in Phoenix Arizona; Denver Colorado; or Grand Junction, Colorado and requires local residency in one of these base locations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\r\nEssential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following\r\nWork closely with the VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing, and Marketing team members to manage incoming and current projects.\r\nBuild program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.\r\nPartner with internal stakeholders to define program goals, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs.\r\nManage day-to-day program operations, ensuring deliverables stay on time, on budget, and on brand.\r\nManage large-scale, complex projects from concept through execution, coordinating multiple workstreams, scope, contributors, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.\r\nCoordinate with various teams to develop campaign assets.\r\nRoute work for approvals, ensuring alignment and stakeholder visibility.\r\nChampion best practices for planning, execution, measurement, and collaboration.\r\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for program activities.\r\nCreate and maintain documentation, workflows and templates to strengthen marketing operations (i.e., Request Intake, Campaign Templates, SOWs, Agendas, and Timelines).\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for the marketing department's shared inboxes, as well as the organization's general inquiry inboxes, managing incoming communications and directing to the appropriate departments.\r\nLead the strategic planning, development, and execution the organization's annual flagship summit, including event positioning, attendee experience design, content development, campaigns, sponsorships, registration, speaker and agenda communications, branding, and post-event impact reporting.\r\nTrack and analyze conference marketing performance, including attendance trends, engagement metrics, and post-event feedback.\r\nCollaborate with external vendors, agencies, and event partners to support conference planning and execution.\r\nOversee a portfolio of regional events and engagements, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and market strategy.\r\nMonitor program performance using analytics tools and dashboards.\r\nProvide insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and ROI.\r\nRegularly report program results to stakeholders, highlighting successes, learnings, and next steps.\r\nPartner with the Executive Leadership Team to secure speaking opportunities, from proposal development through presentation planning and execution.\r\nOrganize and lead cross-functional meetings and project check-ins with confidence.\r\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\r\nSkills\r\nExcellent writing and editing skills; ability to adapt writing style for different audiences. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.\r\nAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives at an enterprise level.\r\nExpertise in event experience design, audience engagement strategy, and content programming.\r\nStrong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.\r\nStrong understanding of multi-channel marketing tactics and digital best practices.\r\nProven ability to work independently as well as ability to effectively work in a team environment and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.\r\nAbility to plan, organize, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet strict deadlines.\r\nDetail oriented, especially as it relates to time management.\r\nAbility to embrace changes and adjust quickly to work demands and shifting priorities.\r\nProficiency with marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation systems, project management software, and analytics platforms.\r\nEducation/Experience\r\nMinimum of 5 – 7+ years' experience in related field required.\r\nBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.\r\nExperience in planning, coordinating, and tracking of projects and/or programs is required.\r\nExperience supporting or managing events and large-scale marketing initiatives is required.\r\nWork Environment\r\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
