As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met. Must be able to obtain all state required alcohol permits to serve. (If hired we can help you obtain the required licensing).\nResponsibilities\nGreet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.\nTake accurate food and beverage orders using the Digital Dining POS systems.\nProvide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.\nServe food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.\nManage multiple tables efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.\nHandle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed as well as daily shift work.\nCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.\nAdhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout service.\nAddress guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.\nExperience\nPrevious experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.\nFamiliarity with OpenTable for reservations management is advantageous.\nCulinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.\nStrong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality.\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.\nExperience as a host or in guest services may be considered an asset.
