The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Personal Assistant to support leadership at EMMA International. This role requires exceptional multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills, as you will manage both professional and personal priorities to ensure seamless operations. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and oversee daily logistics. Administrative Coordination: Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting notes with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Project Support: Assist with EMMA International initiatives by tracking deliverables, coordinating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met. Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks as needed, including errands, reservations, household scheduling, and vendor coordination. Communication: Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners; ensure follow-through on commitments. Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with the utmost integrity. QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred but not required. 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and virtual meeting platforms. Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
