You will also be the GTO project team member in cross functional project teams, defending GTO requirements as well as reporting on GTO project deliverables, always for the benefit of our customers.\n\nBachelor's degree in Manufacturing or industrial Engineering required: Master's degree preferred\nMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience performing in a Project Manager role, with projects driven from initiation to successful implementation\nPMP is a plus\nKnowledge and experience in SAFe Agile\nKnowledge in DVP (Client's Product Development waterfall process)\nKnowledge and experience in VPS (Client's Production System)\nExperience in working in operations is preferred\nExcellent interpersonal, coordination, and written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrated experience in risk and change management\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\nAbility to oversee, coordinate, and juggle multiple tasks and meet tough deadlines\nStrong abilities in priority setting and problem solving\nGood negotiation skills\nGood planning, anticipation, and proactivity skills..\n\nListed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
