Our organization has been in business for over 50 years and is recently undernew and engaged hands-on ownership.\nQualifications:\nAccounting degree or equivalent experience.\n3 years of experience managing the accounting records and reporting and accounting staff of an automotive dealership.\nOutstanding written, verbal and presentation-based communication skills.\nExcellent analytical, forecasting and budgeting skills.\nExperience with dealership management computer systems (ADP and Reynolds & Reynolds).\nVery strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft office products.\nAbility to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nProfit sharing experience.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nProvide support to all departments within each dealership to produce increased revenue, control expenses; contribute to customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment for all team members.\nInsure that the accounting records are maintained in an orderly, current and accurate condition at all times.\nInsure that all company policies are communicated and followed.\nMaintain internal controls to insure compliance with company policies.\nHire, manage and train dealership office personnel.\nAudit the balance sheets and schedules regularly, and address any possible problems while keeping Regional Controller informed of problems and potential liabilities.\nAssist operations with dealership forecasting and budgeting.\nThe role may include a demo car for qualified candidates.\nCompensation:\nCompensation is an estimate range.
