This support is also extended to Sales colleagues, Directors, and Executives in some cases.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nReviews, releases, and administers project data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and authenticity.\r\nParticipate in monthly project review meetings/Practice calls/Project Manager Calls.\r\nCreate and track purchase requests for subcontractors as well as material Purchase Requests.\r\nCoordinate financials for every PS engagement working with PM to ensure accuracy.\r\nResponsible for processing revenue recognition monthly which includes accruals, deferrals, and loss accruals.\r\nWorking closely with finance colleagues at month end, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.\r\nMonthly project reporting for PS colleagues.\r\nPerform project audits.\r\nTime Management – Review time entries and approvals.\r\nAudit travel requests and expenses prior to final approval.\r\nParticipate in system testing for enhancements and upgrades.\r\nReview proposals with knowledge and understanding of legal requirements.\r\nCollaborate with our legal and collection team members.\r\nGenerate invoice drafts in Projector (project management system) then generate final invoice in SAP R3 (system of record).\r\nInitiate credit and legal approval for all assigned projects.\r\nMonitor and review quote accepted activities in assigned queue ensuring all documentation is attached and accurate.\r\nDay to day communication and interaction with supported PS colleagues.\r\nInteracts with internal colleagues and external users to resolve issues, provide training on processes, and provide analysis and feedback.\r\nProcesses and updates internal interactive sites.\r\nEnsure all engagement documentation is posted to eBPR, PS project repository.\r\nThis is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, hybrid in Exton, PA.\r\nRequires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.\r\nThis role does not require travel.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent working experience.\r\n2+ Years Administration experience in project administration and/or finance.\r\nKnowledge and demonstrable experience with principles and processes related to project data capture and processing.\r\nKnowledge and/or experience in revenue recognition.\r\nExcellent English language skills (written and verbal).\r\nExcellent analytical skills.\r\nExcellent organizational skills.\r\nExcellent multi-tasking skills.\r\nExperience in managing small projects.\r\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
