As a Dashboard Developer you will be trusted to work with meaningful data, highlighting fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) detected in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. In this role, a typical day will include:\nDesigning, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards that provide meaningful insights using Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms\nCollaborating with data analysts, data scientists as well as managers to collect requirements, understand needs, and convert into visualizations\nConverting raw data into compelling dashboards that enable efficient decision making\nMaintaining and updating existing dashboards as needed, and train end users on how best to interact with them\nPerforming quality checks on visualizations for data accuracy\nPresenting monthly visualizations at large meetings\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science (or related field of study)\n3-5 years of related experience\nMust have familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid programs\nWorking knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or Tableau (or similar dashboard platforms)\nWorking knowledge of SQL, understanding of data modeling, and experience working with large datasets\nAbility to create data visualizations to present complex analyses and to illustrate trends\nKnowledge of best practices for dashboard design, including accessibility and usability standards\nFamiliarity with R or Python\nFamiliarity with HTML and JavaScript\nAbility to obtain a Public trust and must have lived in the US for 3 of the past 5 years\nDesired Skills:\nStrong working knowledge of best practices for dashboard design, including accessibility and usability standards\nStrong working knowledge of Python or SQL\nStrong working knowledge of Databricks and Snowflake\nStrong working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript\nExcellent communication skills to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members\nBe a self-starter with a natural curiosity to understand, simplify and explain complex data\n#GDITHealth\n#healthcarefraud\n#fwa\nWork Requirements\nYears of Experience\n5 + years of related experience\nmay vary based on technical training, certification(s), or degree\nCertification\nTravel Required\nLess than 10%\nSalary and Benefit Information\nThe likely salary range for this position is $85,093 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
