Night Auditor
Part-time Night AuditorThe Part-time Night Auditor is responsible for managing the front desk operations and overseeing all departments of the property during the overnight hours. They ensure the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times, through prompt and courteous service.ResponsibilitiesPart-time Night Auditor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsible for overseeing activities of all overnight staff on property including Housekeeping, Loss Prevention, PBX, and MaintenancePrepares summary of cash, check and credit card activityAccurately performs all overnight audit reports and procedures according to property and company policyHandles any guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methodsExecutes policies and procedures for the front office, including following rate programsResponds to emergency situations and immediately notifies GSM, Resort Manager, or General Manager, when appropriateCommunicates overnight events and issues to the management team by completing the Night Auditor's ReportAssists in maintaining a safe and secure environment; reports suspicious persons, activities and/or hazardous conditions to the Loss Prevention departmentReports any unsafe work conditions to the Guest Services Manager, Resort Manager or General ManagerOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidaysAbility to work necessary overnight hoursAbility to anticipate guest needs, change direction quickly, and multi-taskWorking knowledge of rooms management systems preferredUses independent judgment and possesses solid decision-making skillsProficient with general office PC applications (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, and databases)Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively via email and phone with proper etiquettePassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team membersProven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detailTeamwork and collaborationMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsWhat can you look forward to?All team members enjoy WEEKLY PAY!Qualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
