The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently while supporting daily shipping and receiving operations. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to assist with shipping documentation as needed.\nResponsibilities\nSafely load and unload freight from trucks using a forklift.\nMove, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility.\nInspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nFollow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.\nAssist with shipping paperwork and documentation in the absence of the Shipping Manager.\nPerform other warehouse duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience operating a forklift is required.\nValid forklift certification is preferred (or ability to become certified).\nExperience in warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nBasic computer and paperwork skills for shipping documentation.\nDependable with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with shipping and receiving documentation.\nFamiliarity with warehouse inventory systems.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nBenefits Start on Day 1:\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\n401(K) Matching\n10 Paid Holidays\nPaid Time Off\nFlexible Spending Account\n\nInnomark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
