Produce web-enabled e-learning, traditional educational materials, or a blended solution using leading-edge technology using tools such as Lectora, Articulate, Toolbook, Storyline software.\nRequired Qualifications of the e-Learning Developer/Designer :\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.\nBachelors degree in a job related field OR 4 years of job-related work experience OR 2 years of job-related experience AND an Associates degree\n2 years-instructional design, electronic media design, or related work experience\neLearning application tools such as Lectora, Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), HTML, SQL, JavaScript, Visual Basic, or related tools Knowledge of national standard for web development and online learning (SCORM/AICC) or other evolving e-learning standards. Knowledge of 508 compliance a plus!\nResponsibilities of the e-Learning Developer/Designer :\nUses advanced technologies to design/develop/deploy e-learning solutions via web applications.\nProduces high-quality online learning modules that interface with a learning management system.\nCreates content and applies design/graphic principles to educational materials for traditional learning and/or blended solutions.\nDesigns and updates e-learning using unique combinations of cutting-edge interactive media, state-of-the-art techniques, electronic tools, and systems.\nEvaluate and revise materials based on the effectiveness of training programs and curriculum Coordinating meetings among various members of IS based on customer requests.\nCreates data management tools to assist in the continuous improvement of training products and services.
