We continue to build our capacity as we expand our programs to more districts.\n\nTHE ROLE\nAs a Regional Program Manager, you will lead a team of coaches and manage the daily operational logistics to ensure high-quality programs within your region. This role works within the Field Operations department, directly reporting to the Operations Manager.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProvide effective leadership to motivate and develop coaches by fostering an upbeat, positive culture.\nPerform site visits to determine coach quality and program health.\nOversee coach quality initiatives by attracting, retaining, and developing a high-performing team.\nManage and monitor HR paperwork, coach clock in/out, timesheet approval, scheduling, coach communications, and audits of program and coach data.\nCollaborate with Training Managers to ensure coaches are trained on how to successfully implement Elevo’s curriculum and classroom management strategies.\nConduct coach performance observations and provide ongoing feedback to support their professional development and career growth.\nAttend and assist in facilitating Field Interviews for prospective coaches.\nImplement creative solutions to drive program improvement initiatives and ensure Elevo’s curriculum is delivered at a high quality.\nLiaise with multiple departments internally and externally, such as school staff and administrators, to ensure alignment on all program details.\nMaintain a strong focus on customer service excellence and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.\nPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience leading a team OR experience working with Elevo\nComfortable with light physical activity\nVisit school sites in your region at least 4-5 times per week\nPreferred:\nAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Addiction Studies, or Psychology\nExperience in education, in-school programming, and/or enrichment programs for TK-6th grade\nIntermediate Microsoft Office 365 experience\nSkills, Knowledge, & Traits:\nStrong team management, leadership, and customer service\nProfessional written and verbal communication and collaboration\nProblem-solving, detail-oriented, organized, and thorough before making decisions.\nFlexibility and ability to adapt during times of ambiguity and change\n\nThis position's target annual base pay range is $70,500 - $73,500. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographic location, knowledge, and skills.
