We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.\r\nJob Title: Implementation Management | Field Performance Advisor (FPA).\r\nLocation: Salem, OR.\r\nJob Description\r\nThe Field Performance Advisor (FPA) is responsible for driving optimal performance and continuous improvement among our Suppliers by engaging in regular site visits to consult and engage directly with Suppliers to correct real-time discrepancies and identify ways to improve crew effectiveness, tool utilization, and quality.\r\nThe FPA will utilize their knowledge and expertise to consult with Suppliers and develop process improvements that can be integrated across sites and markets throughout the country. The FPA role will partner directly with market Suppliers as a representative of client to share feedback, recommendations, and work closely with various support groups to implement more efficient and standardized ways of working.\r\nJob Responsibilities\r\nReview and analyze site performance metrics, including but not limited to cycle time, close out package (COP) first time right, (Job Hazard Assessment) JHA compliance, tool utilization, build quality, and customer specific requirements.\r\nBased on site review and analysis, identify Supplier performance areas in need of improvement, provide feedback on site performance metrics to Territory Director and Suppliers, and partner with Suppliers to correct, adapt, and respond to the feedback.\r\nEngage with suppliers on-site to conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that Suppliers correct real-time discrepancies related to safety and construction.\r\nStrategically plan daily and weekly site and supplier visits to achieve key targets and drive overall market performance, considering suppliers' KPIs, performance, current needs, etc.\r\nAct as an internal partner for client's Senior Construction Managers and Project Management teams to review and evaluate market-level on-site requests, such as supporting customer meets, site access, and validating construction drawings, to support in project completion.\r\nBased on performance metrics, identify, design, and develop process improvements for Supplier's site construction process, as well as advancements to client tools to increase efficiency and quality, collaborating with the Automation teams to develop new tools and adjust current tools to increase Supplier's efficiency. Based on market-level findings, work with other Field Performance Advisors around the country to identify systemic problems and propose cross-market improvements.\r\nCollect and report on supplier performance data for deployment process changes and new process trials to support business cases for new features or changes to ways of working.\r\nBuild strong relationships with market Suppliers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and two-way feedback between client and Supplier.\r\nEnsure Suppliers have a clear understanding of, and adhere to, client and customer processes, methods, and tools that apply to sites assigned to Suppliers in market.\r\nContinuously improve and provide feedback on client and customer specific information and training for accuracy in delivery performance via Site Tracker and Power Bi-domain metrics.\r\nSupport Governance for quarterly Supplier business reviews (QBR), report on findings in the field concerning supplier performance and actions taken and recommendations for improvement; responsible for field-related actions from QBRs.\r\nBehavioral Competencies\r\nEntrepreneurial & innovative thinking.\r\nPerforms at a high level with minimal supervision in a fast paced and fluid work environment.\r\nProactively analyzes issues, identifies problems, and makes sound decisions.\r\nAbility to collaborate and partner with Suppliers for successful delivery.\r\nAbility to understand performance metrics and analytics and identify areas of improvement.\r\nExcellent planning & organization skills.\r\nStrong leadership and consultative skills.\r\nStrong ability to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams, diverse personalities, and professional skill levels.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\r\nAdvocates and generates a positive work environment and culture that embodies client's core values.\r\nTypical Interfaces\r\nInternal: Market Project Team, Customer Unit (CU), Customer Project Management, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Automation and Operational Excellence team, People Function\r\nExternal: Customers, Third Party Suppliers\r\nQualifications And Experiences\r\nMinimum relevant work/industry experience of 7 years.\r\nBachelor's degree preferred.\r\nExperience with providing design solutions and guidance on order of operations.\r\nStrong knowledge of general construction processes & procedures.\r\nExperience in managing and directing general contractor suppliers, construction scope estimation, etc. (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, Maintenance Work).\r\nKnowledge of and ability to enforce client and customer construction and quality standards.\r\nAbility to interface with customers, property owners, and other internal and external ancillary personnel as needed.\r\nStrong knowledge of contracts (leasing, vendor facing, customer facing) and financial acumen.\r\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate and develop positive relationships with suppliers or other external business partners.\r\nExperience leading or influencing teams to perform at their best.\r\nStrong understanding of applicable health and safety regulations impacting client and its suppliers in the local market.\r\nCompletion of approved OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) 30-hour course for telecommunications industry.\r\nPrevious experience working on client equipment portfolio is a plus.\r\nAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
