Interacts & communicates with internal resources such as Estimation, Preconstruction, Engineering, OTS/Controls, CX and operations teams to produce the overall delivery proposals. Has professional appearance and excellent communication skills.\n\n*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n* Assists sales personnel by obtaining the necessary data to assure the Preconstruction and estimation departments have what they need to compile the deliverable.\n* Conducts weekly estimation deliverable meeting to assure all lines of business are aware of actions items to assure timely deliveries.\n* Prepares Proposals for the following hierarchy business lines:\n* Data Center Implementation (DCI)\n* Design Build Projects\n* Other Construction (Turnkey Projects)\n* White Space Fit Out (TFO)\n* Service Operations (SO)\n* Battery Install\n* Battery Maintenance\n* Electrical Maintenance / Testing\n* Facility Operations\n* HVAC Install\n* HVAC Maintenance\n* Monitoring\n* OTS/Controls\n* QA/QC and CX Services\n* Prepares proposals and participates in presentations, as necessary, in conjunction with the PreCon Managers/Estimators.\n* Works with the marketing team to ensure we have the necessary components within our proposal package.\n* Assists on startup package for project handoffs upon award for Sales Rep.\n* Reviews awarded projects with Operations/Project Manager. Is responsible for assisting in special projects.\n* Advocates and enforces proper safety measures in all company operations.\n\n*QUALIFICATIONS: *To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
