The Manager will serve as the Company Representative for clients in fulfilling coding & audit support needs and resolving service issues as they arise. Assign and coordinate coder & auditor work assignments. Monitor the coders & auditor hours, productivity and quality. Oversee the preparation of weekly performance reports for clients.
