Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:\n\nTechnical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal;\nProject Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement;\nEnterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management;\nAgreement Process Area - Acquisition and Supply.\n,\nRequired Skills\n\nA Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus one (1) year of systems engineering experience.\nTwelve (12) credit hours of college coursework in one (1) or more of the ISO/IEC 15288 Technical Process Areas may be substituted for the required one (1) year of systems engineering experience.\nA High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area) may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.\nExperience with coding Python and Visual Basic for applications\nStrong experience in applying RF theoretical and academic knowledge in EMI testing of unintended emissions within HF, VHF, and UHF spectrum\nFamiliar with RF tools (network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes) and components (amplifiers, filters, isolators, attenuators, terminators, etc)\n\nFormulating and documenting test plans\n\nDraft and issue technical recommendations through formal test reports\n\nSpecify and/or review system and component technical performance requirements to ensure optimal functionality while meeting the E3 noise electric field limit.\n\nCollaborate with internal and external agency stakeholders to ensure technical support enables the E3 Program and customer mission requirements\n\nMust be able to travel 3 times per year for 7-10 days at a time\n\nActive TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required\n,\nDesired Skills\n\nPreferred but not required to have experience in electromagnetic compatibility testing, electromagnetic interference mitigation, and /or antenna calibration.\n,\nAdditional Details\n\nAt CyberCore, we believe in taking care of our employees both inside and outside the workplace.
