Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Helping clients move around their home safely (transfers, ambulation, etc.)Assisting with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving)Providing medication reminders and supporting prescribed range-of-motion exercisesLight Housekeeping: Performing general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundryChanging bed linens and cleaning the bathroomMeal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and snacks according to client needsAccompanying Clients: Assisting with errands, appointments, and transportation needsProviding Companionship: Engaging in meaningful activities like reading, music, or puzzles to foster emotional well-beingQualifications and Skills: We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others. The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate (preferred)Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistanceAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform job dutiesA valid driver's license and current automobile insuranceAbility to pass a criminal background checkCNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification (preferred)Full availability (ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends)Must live in the areaHome Care Aide Application Process Why Join Us?
