If that's you, apply to be our Courtroom Clerk!As the Courtroom Clerk, you'll be responsible for recording and memorializing court proceedings by attending court sessions, communicating oaths with witnesses and juries, and maintaining exhibits offered in a courtroom as evidence. You will be right in the center of the courtroom action, working very closely with the judge and courtroom assistant. The functions performed by this position ensure there is an objective record of events to facilitate the judicial process and expedite resolution pursuant to A.R.S.
