Reading Assist is a non-profit organization that offers year-round high-impact tutoring services to at-risk children with the most significant reading challenges.\nReading Assist’s strategic ambition is to become the leading regional expert and trusted provider of reading instruction for young, struggling readers. We intend to grow to serve 10,000 students with 90% reaching benchmark in foundational reading skills within one year.\nThe Program Manager ensures high quality execution of Reading Assist programming by managing and coaching tutors as well as maintaining partnership with schools. In addition to managing tutors, the Program Manager will provide high-level coaching and guidance to educators. Program Managers will be assigned a cohort of schools and tutors that they oversee and meet with regularly.
