This role partners closely with the Quality Manager to ensure products, processes, and documentation meet customer requirements and MCC quality standards, with strict adherence to defined procedures.Why Work at MCCCompensation: $22.00-$25.00 per hourBenefits: Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidaysKey ResponsibilitiesComply with all company policies, safety standards, and quality proceduresAssist with equipment calibration, care, and documentationApprove labels, processes, and materials prior to press runsApprove roll-end retains saved by press operatorsAssemble, update, and maintain color tolerance folders, color consistency files, and clear overlaysCollect, review, and analyze reject and quality data as assignedSupport the MCC Quality Management System, including document control and record maintenancePerform internal audits as a member of MCC's Internal Audit TeamParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality-related projectsAttend department meetings as scheduledWork overtime as required and perform related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent with three or more years of quality or manufacturing experience; printing industry experience preferredWorking knowledge of quality assurance principles and inspection techniquesAbility to read rulers, interpret measurements, and successfully complete color hue testingProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, with strong analytical and mathematical skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to remain focused and follow procedures throughout the shiftAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and complete assignments through to completionEffective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentFamiliarity with ISO 9001 standards; ASQ certification a plus but not requiredAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent standing and walking, occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and regularly lifting up to 50 poundsVision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, with the ability to adjust focusFor over a century, Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has crafted premium labels for the world's most iconic and recognizable brands.
