PSI is seeking an AMOC Project Manager to provide full-time, on-site leadership and oversight of all contract operations supporting the CBP Air and Marine Operations Center.\nThis role is responsible for executing C4I systems maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support in alignment with mission priorities, performance standards, and contractual requirements.\nEssential Functions and Job Responsibilities Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of all contract personnel and resources\nServe as primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government stakeholders\nPlan, prioritize, and manage activities aligned to real-time mission requirements\nDevelop and maintain staffing plans ensuring qualified personnel coverage across all task areas\nOversee execution of maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems\nEnsure adherence to schedule, cost, and performance objectives\nReview work discrepancies and implement corrective actions\nRepresent the contractor at all technical and programmatic meetings\nManage task assignments, workforce utilization, and surge support requirements\nEnsure compliance with security, quality assurance, and reporting requirements\nCoordinate travel and deployment of personnel to support offsite mission needs\nMinimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; experience may substitute\nActive Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification\n10+ years: Providing overall leadership, management and supervision of C4I project resources to ensure:\nWork standards are formulated and enforced\nLeading a C4I multi-discipline team\nRepresenting the company in all matters related to the contract\nAssigning and managing customer projects\nSupervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer related fields\nExperience supporting maintenance and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, or ISR systems in operational environments\nExperience troubleshooting complex system issues across hardware, software, and network components\nExperience working with mission equipment, maintenance tools, and COTS systems\nExperience using diagnostic and test equipment to identify and resolve system faults\nDemonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environments\nPhysical Demands Ability to work in operational environments supporting technical systems\nMay require standing, walking, and limited lifting of equipment\nAbility to travel and deploy to operational locations as required\nAdditional Information Travel is required to support mission operations, system maintenance, and engineering activities across CBP operational locations. Personnel will deploy to sites including CAMOC in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, and other CONUS and OCONUS locations to perform installation, troubleshooting, integration, and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems. Travel may be scheduled or occur on short notice in response to mission priorities or system outages. Duration may range from short-term temporary duty to extended support periods based on operational needs.
