Servers typically retain approximately 70% of the tips they earn after a tip out to the support team and bartender.\nEstimated Total Hourly Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour\nBenefits\nPaid sick leave in accordance with Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act\nEmployee meal discounts\nPossible opportunities for career growth within a multi-concept restaurant group\nMurphy's Mountain Grill SERVICE TEAM possess the following skills:\n- previous restaurant experience as a bartender and server\n- ability to multi-task and work under pressure... with a smile\n- tact and diplomacy for dealing with difficult situations\n- reliable and responsible\n- good organizational skills\n- strong communication and leadership traits\n- energetic, positive attitude and just simply amazing!\nMurphy's Mountain Grill Bartender/Server Job Requirements:\n- Available to work a minimum of four shifts per week - including weekends.\n- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards.\n- Engage with guests to recommend drinks and menu items, enhancing their overall experience through knowledgeable suggestions.\n- Take food orders accurately and deliver exceptional service in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.\n- Strict adherence to restaurant procedures and guidelines\n- Knowledge of POS systems, we use Toast\n- Compliant with sanitation and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized bar area\n- Basic math skills, and ability to handle cash transactions\n- Check customers identification and confirm legal drinking age\n- Monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication\n- Certification in responsible alcohol service (we will assist you in obtaining if you don't already have)\n- Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time, full use of legs, arms, both hands, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\nSend that resume, and be a part of an established restaurant team, and the Downtown Evergreen Community.
