At DFC, we’re driving the future of auto finance!The DFC Remarketing Administrator plays an important role in supporting the end‑to‑end vehicle remarketing process — ensuring vehicles are properly prepared, compliant, and ready for auction.This role supports the reconditioning, transportation readiness, and system accuracy of vehicles in DFC inventory. You’ll work closely with internal partners and external vendors, helping ensure our processes run smoothly, accurately, and with a strong sense of accountability.This position reports to the DFC Collateral Supervisor and is based on‑site in Medford, Oregon.What You’ll DoProcess SCRA checks in accordance with regulatory requirements prior to vehicle salesReview vehicle condition upon recovery to determine transport readinessCoordinate with third‑party vendors to complete pre‑transport reconditioningAccess and maintain information across third‑party recovery and inventory portalsPartner with internal and external teams to manage vehicle releases and holdsMaintain accurate and timely updates in the loan management system, including:Vehicle status updatesCustomer notesAuction checks and invoice detailsManage the DFC Remarketing inbox, escalating items as appropriateSupport additional tasks and projects as neededWhat We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyA clear sense of urgency and ability to manage competing prioritiesProfessional and effective communication skillsSolid PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and WindowsBasic knowledge of the asset recovery processPrior vehicle remarketing experience is preferred, but not requiredHow You’ll Be SuccessfulYou do the right thing, take ownership, and adapt to changeYou’re self‑motivated, accountable, and focused on resultsYou value continuous learning, collaboration, and improvementYou work well on a team, stay positive, and live our valuesPhysical RequirementsUp to 1/3 of the time: standing, walking, lifting up to 25 poundsUp to 2/3 of the time: sitting, kneeling, reaching, talking, and hearingReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of the role.NOTE: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, or working conditions associated with the job.
