Senior Manager, Project Finance Salary - $160k-$190k + 25%HybridOur client, a growing renewable energy company, is hiring a Project Finance, Senior Manager help lead financing strategy and transaction execution across a large-scale solar + storage project pipeline. This is a senior-level opportunity offering direct interaction with leadership, financing partners, and key external stakeholders while playing a major role in shaping the organization’s growth strategy.What You’ll Be Doing:Supervise team members responsible for financial modeling and project value optimizationMaintain and strengthen relationships with key lenders and tax equity partnersEvaluate and structure financing solutions, including assessment of partners, terms, and economic impactLead term sheet development and drive transaction negotiations with tax equity and debt financing partnersOversee full due diligence and manage the financing closing process with external stakeholdersIdentify and evaluate M&A opportunities across multiple markets aligned with company growth strategyDevelop and manage forecasts related to project finance activity for the solar businessPartner cross-functionally with development, operations, legal, and origination teams to advance projects across all stages of the lifecycleOversee pricing strategy and financial modeling for RFPs and customer-facing opportunitiesIdeal Background:6-8+ years of experience within project finance, investment banking, infrastructure, or renewable energyRenewable energy/infrastructure exposure requiredStrong Excel and financial modeling skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with external legal counsel, consultants, engineers, and other key stakeholdersApply now or kindly email your resume to: thomas.tribble@cbh.com for immediate consideration
