The ideal candidate will have strong experience sizing, selecting, and designing conveyor and material-handling systems. This is full time on site position in Fayetteville, AR or Tulsa, OK.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign food-processing and material-handling systems.Size and select conveyors based on product type, capacity, speed, accumulation, sanitation, and operating requirements.Develop process flow diagrams, equipment layouts, specifications, and calculations.Coordinate processing equipment and conveyors with structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, vendors, and client communications.Support site assessments, construction, commissioning, and plant startup.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related engineering.Five or more years of relevant food-processing engineering experience.Experience with conveyor design, equipment layouts, line balancing, and production throughput.Knowledge of sanitary design and food-safety requirements.Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.AutoCAD and Revit experience required.USDA-regulated facility experience is required.Ability to travel to client and project sites as needed.Why Join PEPM Group?At PEPM Group, you will work on technically challenging industrial projects with a collaborative engineering team that values quality, responsiveness, and practical design solutions.
