We work at the intersection of technology, industry, and government to accelerate innovation and provide a pathway for companies to engage with federal opportunities, research initiatives, and strategic partnerships.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIndustry Engagement & Relationship Management\nServe as the primary liaison for businesses seeking to engage with the government through Matter Labs programs.\nDevelop and nurture relationships with industry partners, government stakeholders, and innovation ecosystem members.\nRepresent Matter Labs and its partners at industry events, meetings, and conferences.\nProgram Development & Management\nLead the curation, development, and execution of government and industry engagement programs.\nOversee program deliverables, track key performance indicators, and ensure project milestones are met.\nPrepare monthly and quarterly reports, summarizing key insights, program impact, and growth opportunities.\nResource Navigation & Business Support\nDirect companies to available resources, opportunities, and strategic connections.\nAssess and understand a company’s technology and its potential applications within the DoD.\nFacilitate introductions between companies and resources where resources are needed.\nCommunications\nAct as an advocate for the local innovation ecosystem, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.\nWork closely with the Matter Labs internal team and external Public Affairs Offices (PAOs) to communicate announcements, event recaps, and key industry updates.\nCollaborate with external partners on projects that enhance regional innovation and technology commercialization.\nQualifications & Skills\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, public policy, or a related field.\nStrong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.\nPassion for innovation, emerging technology, and entrepreneurship.\nProven experience in program development and management.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.\nExcellent writing, editing, and content development skills with a strong attention to detail.\nStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.\nAbility to travel as needed for industry engagement and partnership development.\nWhy Join Matter Labs?\nThis role offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of industry-government collaboration, shaping the future of innovation in the region.
