{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"7a357299ab2a7afdff1055f2","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7a357299ab2a7afdff1055f2","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7a357299ab2a7afdff1055f2","title":"CNC Operator","description":"CNC Operator\nAero Space Company\nRancho Dominguez , CA\n\n1st shift\n6am - 2:30pm\nMonday - Friday ( some Sat required)\n\n$20 - $25 (Depending on Experience)\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Set up, program, and operate CNC machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC machining centers using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software.\n* Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to determine machining requirements and specifications.\n* Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards.\n* Conduct routine inspections of machined parts for quality control, verifying dimensions and surface finishes against specifications.\n* Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime, ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times.\n* Operate shop tools such as press brake machines, stamping presses, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.\n* Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and inspection results;
