We are in need of an Assistant Manager for a high-end 55+ age manufactured home community in Sea Tac Washington.\n\nThis position is 40 hours a week. Full time.\nMust have good computer skills\nJob Summary: Manages all aspects of the community by performing the following duties.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:\nRENT COLLECTION\nCollect and deposit on the day of collection all space rents and additional fees and charges.\nFollow-up on late/delinquent rents.\nIssue late rent notices and initiate and attends any eviction proceedings as necessary.\nRENTAL AGREEMENT AND RULES & REGULATIONS ENFORCEMENT\nEnforce terms of Rental Agreements and all Facility rules and regulations in accordance with company/Facility policy to ensure tenant compliance.\nSupervise placement of RV's and manufactured homes into the Facility.\nEnsure compliance with home standards, Facility rules and regulations, governmental codes and requirements, applicable setbacks, and manufactured home and RV set-up specifications, including the installation and construction of skirting, awnings, steps, gutters and downspouts with rain-drains to street, porches, and decks, and completion of landscaping.\nIssue non-compliance notices and initiate and attend any eviction proceedings as necessary.\nADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES\nMaintain individual tenant files and records.\nReview tenant applications, screen potential tenants, execute rental agreements and all other required documents after approval.\nPromote homes for sale and vacant spaces.\nMaintain and update community inventory list.\nMaintain and update community vendor/supplier lists.\nDistribute notices to tenants.\nAdminister the community water meter monitoring system.\nTime Commitment\nOn-site part-time during established office hours.\n\nOther duties may be assigned.\n\nBenefits include: 3 weeks PTO and 401K, Free Medical and Dental benefits","company":"Commonwealth","rawCompany":"commonwealth","city":"Seattle","state":"WA","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-04-12T20:47:24.733Z","occupations":[{"code":"11-9141.00","title":"Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers","slug":"property-real-estate-and-community-association-managers"},{"code":"11-9021.00","title":"Construction Managers","slug":"construction-managers"},{"code":"11-9151.00","title":"Social and Community Service Managers","slug":"social-and-community-service-managers"}],"industries":[{"code":"531311","title":"Residential Property Managers","slug":"residential-property-managers"},{"code":"531390","title":"Other Activities Related to Real Estate","slug":"other-activities-related-to-real-estate"},{"code":"531312","title":"Nonresidential Property Managers","slug":"nonresidential-property-managers"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Assistant Manager","description":"We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 150 investment properties throughout Oregon and Washington.
