Special Education Resource Teacher/Case Manager

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENTSCHOOL YEAR 2026-2027Position Title: High School Special Education Resource Teacher/Case ManagerPrimary Purpose:Provide students with disabilities at the high school level with specialized instruction,intervention, and case management support to ensure access to the general education curriculumand progress toward graduation. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized EducationPrograms (IEPs) while delivering targeted instruction in core academic areas.
