The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production schedules and quality standards are met, and supervise team members on the floor. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing efficient workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and upholding safety protocols. The Production Manager will also analyze production metrics and recommend improvements to optimize processes and outputs.QualificationsExperience in production planning, scheduling, and workflow managementKnowledge of inventory control, quality management, and safety compliance protocolsStrong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent communication, organizational, and time management capabilitiesProficiency in production management software and toolsAbility to work on-site in Huntington Beach, CABachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferredExperience in the lighting or related manufacturing industry is a plus
