system administration, system configuration, system upgrades, communication problems, and system problems that arise within the Peopletools/Oracle Platform.\nProvide online end user help provided either in a module running on the user’s PC or in web pages\nQualifications\nUp to Three (3) years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.\nFour (4) years of additional experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a
