DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nConducts all-source analysis of foreign conventional warfare programs in support of U.S. counter proliferation efforts.\nProduces analytic assessments for the IC, DoD, and other U.S. and allied Government agencies and coalition forces on conventional counter proliferation topics, arms control, exploitation program planning, development, and execution.\nPerforms supply chain vulnerability analysis.\nIdentifies proliferation trends\nProvides network development analysis and production\nResearches, reviews, edits, plans, prepares, integrates and publishes complex all source arms proliferation national military intelligence studies, plans, and/or products in order to contribute to or produce all-source intelligence for DIA, DoD, national and international intelligence organizations\nDevelops innovative analytical approaches and validates/ defends analytic assessments\nDevelops actionable intelligence and assessments of vulnerabilities in acquisition/procurement process/programs\nConducts analysis of networks/organizations/government entities enabling/participating in legal and illegal weapons transfers. Supports efforts to deter weapons flows to states of concern/emerging threat countries\nIdentifies intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluates resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements and determines analytical approach\nIdentifies significant trends within assigned subject-matter area and proposes new or revised analytical projects to alert decision-makers to new developments and to meet customer requirements\nProvides written and briefing input to policymakers on key trends\nCollaborates and forges new partnerships with other Intelligence Community, Defense Intelligence Enterprise, DoD and law enforcement analysts on intelligence analysis and with collectors through analyst-assisted collection targeting\nRequirements:\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.\n8+ years of experience producing finished intelligence products\nDemonstrated experience briefing policymakers on key trends\nDemonstrated experience performing supply chain vulnerability analysis\nDemonstrated experience conducting analysis of networks/organizations/government entities enabling/participating in legal and illegal weapons transfers\nMust have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI Clearance\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with defense tradecraft standards\nKnowledge of foundational military intelligence and military capabilities\nPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nTo Apply for this Position:\n\nYou must have the Minimum Qualifications in your resume to be selected as a candidate.\n\nThe salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
