We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail.Today, we sell 2 products: (1) an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than 1 million transactions a year and (2) a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales.We have best-in-class growth (5x YoY), efficiency, and we’ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum.What You’ll DoPlan and execute innovative marketing initiatives across multiple channels including social media, events, email campaigns, and digital contentDevelop high-quality content that educates and resonates with our audience, from newsletters and video tutorials of Confido’s platform to in-depth product announcementsMaintain and continuously optimize Confido’s website to support new feature releases, enhance user experience, and drive qualified inbound leadsMake data-driven decisions about priority areas of investment and strategies for growthPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignmentAbout You3+ years of experience in early stage marketing / growth, investment banking, consulting, or investingAbility to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with our various buyer personasExcited to learn about our customers and understand their problemsAnalytical, data-driven, and can adapt to market feedbackWillingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a weekWhy You Might Not Be a Good FitYou're looking for a vacation from your current role (we promise that you won't be working on work that doesn't matter, but the reality is we're growing fast and lean, and there's a lot to do!)You want to focus exclusively on strategy rather than execution
