Working directly under the Director of Operations , this individual ensures field-level excellence by supervising personnel, maintaining site compliance, and providing logistical support. This role requires a \"hands-on\" leader who can transition seamlessly from training staff to troubleshooting equipment in a fast-paced environment.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nField Inspections: Conduct regular, unannounced site inspections to ensure security personnel are following protocols, maintaining uniform standards, and performing duties effectively.\r\nLogistics & Equipment: Handle the delivery of site equipment and supplies; troubleshoot hardware/software issues (CCTV, radios, tablets) to ensure zero downtime at client locations.\r\nStaff Training & Development: Familiarize new staff with site-specific post orders and conduct hands-on training for existing personnel to maintain high service standards.\r\nOperational Support: Assist in site coverage during emergencies or staffing gaps to ensure all posts remain secure.\r\nPerformance Management: Execute and document coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions for staff members in accordance with company policy.\r\nReporting: Review and audit all timesheets, daily activity logs, and incident reports for precision and compliance.
