You will own the strategy for presence in the developer community through content, events, and engagement, and act as the connective tissue between developer needs and service team outputs. Key Responsibilities Lead engagement with developers, understanding their needs and bringing valuable insights back to service teams. Collaborate closely with service teams, marketing, and solutions architects to shape the role of developer relations in driving innovation and adoption of AWS services. Define strategy and ensure delivery of impactful and relevant experiences to the developer community. Facilitate product feedback and insights, shaping future AWS services. Build strong relationships and communicate the voice of the developer, driving continuous improvement and exceptional developer experience. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of team leadership experience. Experience building developer‐facing content or programs. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of team leadership and development experience. Experience managing a team of individual contributors. Track record of building and scaling developer community programs. Experience working cross‐functionally with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps based on developer feedback. Benefits Base salary range: $174,500 - $305,500 USD annually (USA, CA, San Francisco); $167,000 - $292,200 USD annually (USA, NY, New York); $151,800 - $265,600 USD annually (USA, WA, Seattle).
