You will:Lead a Team: Direct and mentor a crew to ensure equipment is installed efficiently and up to code.Quality Control: Ensure every residential system is optimized for performance and customer satisfaction.Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot on-site challenges and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience is required.
