About the RoleWe are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our growing team at Thermal Concepts. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure while supporting employees across the organization.You'll play a key role in maintaining systems, supporting business applications, and helping scale our technology environment as we continue to grow.What You'll DoManage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructureAdminister Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environmentsMonitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliabilitySupport core business applications, including Vista by Viewpoint ERPInstall, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systemsManage user access, permissions, and security controlsSupport cybersecurity initiatives, including patching and monitoringTroubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and networksMaintain data backups, disaster recovery processes, and documentationPartner with vendors and support both office and field teamsWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT supportExperience with:Windows ServerMicrosoft 365Active DirectoryNetwork administrationStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting ERP systems (preferably Vista by Viewpoint)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and customer service mindsetNice to HaveExperience in construction, HVAC, or field service environmentsFamiliarity with supporting multi-location operationsWhy Join Us?Be part of a growing organization with opportunities to make an impactWork in a collaborative, hands-on environmentOpportunity to support and improve critical systems across the business
