operating rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) that keep the team and cross-functional partners aligned on priorities, progress, and riskCreate and maintain program dashboards, executive reporting packages, and board-ready materials that distill complex portfolio status into clear narrativesOwn the risk register and mitigation tracker across the portfolio — ensuring risks are identified early, quantified, and actively managedServe as the connective tissue between Energy Infrastructure Investments and partner organizations — including Design, Engineering & Construction (DEC), Corporate Development, Site Selection, Legal, Finance and Accounting, Capacity Planning, Sustainability, and external development partnersCoordinate with DEC Planning & Development teams to ensure investment timelines align with capacity supply forecasts and site readiness milestonesPartner with Finance and Accounting to track capital deployment against budget, manage forecasting cadences, support variance analysis, and ensure alignment on investment accounting treatment and reporting requirementsWork with Legal to ensure contract execution, regulatory compliance milestones, and partner deliverables are tracked and met — coordinating closing checklists, condition precedent tracking, and ongoing covenant complianceCoordinate with Corporate Development on transaction execution — aligning program timelines with deal closing schedules, integration planning, and post-close governance stand-upPartner with Site Selection teams to ensure energy infrastructure investment strategies are integrated into site diligence, land acquisition timelines, and regional development sequencingIntegrate with capacity planning teams to ensure energy supply commitments are reflected in long-range infrastructure plansBuild scalable program management infrastructure — tools, templates, processes, and playbooks — that enables the pillar to grow without proportional overheadDevelop Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience15+ years of experience in program management within energy infrastructure, power development, data partners, and long-term horizonsExperience managing external partnerships with utilities, independent power producers, or energy infrastructure developers, with the ability to drive accountability and
