This position is also responsible for imaging and indexing all loan documents in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, ensuring quality control during the process. This position partners with other loan services team members and Bank departments to provide high level support and assistance.\r\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\r\nCommunicates with front-line staff; answers and directs incoming calls and emails in an accurate, professional, and courteous manner.\r\nEnsures the security and confidentiality of private customer information.\r\nInstalls, manages, and tracks loan exceptions, covenants, and financial updates for borrowers.\r\nEnsures compliance with established Bank and regulatory guidelines and procedures.\r\nMaintains loan documentation knowledge utilizing LaserPro on all types of Commercial Loans, including but not limited to Commercial C&I, Commercial Real Estate, AG, and Participation loans.\r\nProcesses, posts, and maintains files on construction loan draw requests per department policies and procedures and is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of draw packages prior to approvals and funding.\r\nOrders and reviews Construction Inspection reports to monitor the progress of the projects.\r\nPrepares payoff quotes and releases collateral correctly once loans are paid in full.\r\nCompletes research and provides detailed supporting documentation to identify and resolve issues or exceptions that arise.\r\nOrders and reviews annual requirements for AG portfolio, including but not limited to vessel surveys and quota evaluations.\r\nCapable of boarding and funding loans on the Core system.\r\nMonitors and updates Asset Based Loans.\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\r\nWhat You'll Bring\r\nUnderstanding of loan associated General Ledgers.\r\nProficient knowledge of core system and its various functions.\r\nFlexible with and accepting of change in production environment with willingness to learn new skills.\r\nMust be detail oriented, self-motivated, and organized.\r\nAbility to multi-task and be flexible to changing priorities while possessing strong time management skills.\r\nProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and iCore.\r\nExcellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively and clearly in a variety of settings, formats, and audiences; with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.\r\nRequired Education and Experience\r\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)\r\n3 to 6 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to remain in a stationary position and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a multi-line telephone, copy machine, scanner, fax, and computer printer.
