This role is ideal for an OR RN who can provide safe, compassionate, and individualized perioperative nursing care while supporting efficient patient flow in a surgery center setting.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care for surgical patients and their familiesCirculate for operating room procedures and support surgical workflowCollaborate with providers, staff, and care team members to support positive outcomesMonitor patient flow to promote safety, efficiency, and satisfactionPerform assessments, prioritize patient needs, and apply critical thinking skillsAdminister medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures as neededProvide patient education and support informed healthcare decisionsMaintain HIPAA compliance and follow patient safety guidelinesRequirementsActive Colorado Registered Nurse license or valid compact RN license requiredMinimum 2 years Operating Room experience requiredBLS/BCLS requiredACLS requiredStrong assessment, prioritization, communication, and delegation skills requiredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionCAPS requirement must be completed as soon as possible
