Prepare relevant curriculum for competency-based instruction\n3. Develop and maintain current program and course outlines, goals and objectives\n4. Align class curriculum with industry standards\n5. Administer Utah State Board of Education skills tests when teaching secondary students\n6. Actively assist in accreditation processes\n7. Advise, evaluate, and record student progress\n8. Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in respective industry\n9. Maintain certifications, licensures and accreditation standards for program area\n10. Assist with student recruitment, retention and job placement efforts\n11. Create, support, and maintain an active Occupational Advisory Committee and industry partnerships\n12. Ensure safety and security requirements are met in the training area\n13. Foster a productive learning and training environment\n14. Encourage and exemplify professionalism and good work habits\n15. Request and maintain supplies and equipment inventories\n16. Propose required budget and purchase requests; follow purchasing guidelines\n17. Prepare and maintain all required documentation and administrative reports\n18. Performs other related duties as assigned\n\nThis is a Level 1 (full-time/exempt), benefited position.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n1. Current, unrestricted LPN or RN License\n2. 4 years demonstrated experience in respective industry with at least 1 year in a long-term care facility\n3. Must successfully pass criminal background check.\n4. Valid driver’s license.\n\nWork Location: Vernal Campus\nWork Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm\n\nAt UBTech, we hire great people.
